Walking Dead Season 3 Merle's Dead

Last nights episode of Walking Dead was kinda sad for me. Merle was a jerk but it was genuinely sad for me to see Daryl have to put his brother down when he became a zombie walker. When Daryl repeatedly stabbed Merle's face, that was brutal.

With that said I found the fight between Merle and the Governor odd. I am really to believe that a tough-as-nails, bare knuckle, veteran guy like Merle couldn't beat a former office worker in a fight? I just don't see a former office worker being able to beat the living you know what out of someone like Merle.


And the Gov biting his fingers off his fingers?  Maybe I underestimated the Gov?
