KIss Alive II format variants Vinyl, CD, Cassette

 digging through my collection today I have several variant copies of Kiss Alive II from 1977 Vinyl format came with 2 vinyl records, merch insert and tattoos 

Then there is the much sought after misprint copy with Take Me and Hooligan that are printed on the back cover but are not on the vinyl records

this copy had a promo cut mark and did not have merch insert or tattoos

also here are the cassettes
