American Horror Story Season Premiere

I just watched the season opener for American Horror Story. in the first season follows the Harmon family, a family of three who have moved from Boston to LA for a fresh start but end up living in a sinister haunted house instead. From producers Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk comes the intriguing, erotic and scary story of life within the haunted house.

This show is original, so original. The plot lines are fantastic and the show itself has a very unique feel to it. The acting is pretty good too and the directing is outstanding.

Trick-r-Treat: Season's Greetings Animated Short

Season's Greeting is a animated short by Michael Dougherty in 1996. In this feature, we are first introduced to Sam, that was later featured in the full length modern day horror classic, Trick r Treat. Here was see Sam, dressed in his orange footy pajamas, and a burlap sack with button eyes, as he goes trick or treating on a spooky, dark Halloween night. As Sam continues to trick or treat, it seems he is being stalked by a stranger, or is he?

I love this animated short, and have to be honest, I  didnt know about it until after Trick r Treat film came out.

Lord Vampyre in New OrleansNEW ORLEANS - LEGO Systems Inc. got into the Halloween spirit by building a 10-foot tall vampire set against the backdrop of Jackson Square and St. Louis Cathedral in New Orleans.
The first-ever nighttime building event by LEGO, local residents and visitors of all ages had the opportunity to help LEGO Master Builders build Lord Vampyre, the lead villain of the new LEGO Monster Fighters construction toy collection, during a nighttime building event. Fans spent the night participating in costume contests, building activities and enjoying a performance by the New Orleans Saintsations.
A LEGO Master Builder at work"Legend has it that vampires only come out sundown to sunrise, so we want to thank the people of New Orleans for helping us to complete our most ambitious projects yet , our first-ever all-night building event," said Michael McNally, brand relations director, LEGO Systems. "We are excited to add the memory of Lord Vampyre's creation to the haunted history of New Orleans while kicking off the Halloween season with our new LEGO Monster Fighters sets while offering ideas for bringing the creative and spooky spirit to family's playrooms all year long."
The Lord Vampyre model will be reassembled at LEGOLAND California during the park's month-long Halloween celebration that culminates with the annual Brick-or-Treat event. The building of Lord Vampyre can be viewed on YouTube.
New LEGO Monster Fighters sets let builders help the team of Monster Fighters overtake the mummy, werewolf, swamp creature, vampire, ghosts and mad professor.
